SOME FACTORS CAN INFLUENCE THE INCREASE IN LIBIDO IN THE HOTTEST SEASON OF THE YEAR.

When summer arrives, I feel more like having sex and I don't understand why. Does sexual desire increase during the hottest season of the year? Yes, this can really happen.

External heat is considered the fuel of libido, as it favors an increase in internal temperature, which produces desire.

So, sunlight, by affecting the alertness and energy of humans, can increase the desire for sexual activities.
Some factors can influence the increase in libido in the summer.

The encouragement of being outside of our usual environment makes us more daring and determined, with fewer inhibitions and prejudices.

Furthermore, less heavy clothing exposes parts of the body that, at other times of the year, would remain hidden.

Reactions Heat increases the production and secretion of hormones involved in sexual desire, and this explains why horniness increases in summer. Serotonin levels, considered the “pleasure hormone”, increase. Another factor that influences this effect, in addition to the presence of intense sunlight and heat, is exercise.

Physical activities tend to be practiced more frequently in the summer.

The pheromones (chemical substances that, disseminated among beings of the same species, promote specific reactions in individuals) that influence the sexual appetite also become more intense in the heat.

Therefore, all of this helps a lot to make people feel more beautiful and more energetic and, as a result, with more sexual desire during the summer.
